Budtender - Buds & Roses Location: Studio City, CA Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation

: Competitive hourly wage + tips Schedule: Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed Buds & Roses is a premier cannabis dispensary with a long-standing reputation for excellence since 2006. We are seeking experienced, motivated Budtenders with strong retail sales backgrounds to join our customer-focused team. As a Budtender, you will play a key role in driving revenue by guiding customers through their purchase experience, recommending products based on individual needs, and maintaining compliance with all local and state cannabis regulations.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing sales and meeting performance goals
• Educate customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, and effects to support informed purchases
• Provide personalized recommendations to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain clean, organized displays and restock products as needed
• Ensure full compliance with all legal and operational protocols
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and maintain a positive environment

Qualifications

:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proven experience in a sales-driven retail environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Cannabis industry or cannabis retail experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated industry
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct
