Do you have inside sales support experience working in a construction or lumber environment? Work in Everett with a company offering growth potential! A local building materials company seeks skilled full-time, Inside Sales Support specialists who enjoy supporting and working with their outside sales team. This company produces interior and exterior doors for the 4 largest contractors in the region! They provide excellent customer service and delivery to each of them and build beautiful wood materials. The ideal candidate must have a great personality that loves assisting customers and co-workers and be detail-orientated and organized to support this critical role. Inside Sales Specialist

Duties

:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and resellers to understand their needs and goals.
• Data entry: quotes, orders
• Answer phone calls and emails from sales team and customers
• Assist sales team with materials sourcing and builder quotes
• Track and report sales activities through their internal CRM system Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Pay: $24 - $28 per hour Inside Sales Specialist

Requirements

:

• 5+ years of sales support experience
• Strong customer service experience via phone, email and face to face
• Strong data entry and computer skills
