We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, self-starter and dynamic Homecare Sales Executive to join our team at Visiting Angels, the nation's leading, nationally respected network of non-medical, private duty home care agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging clients, understanding their needs, showing empathy and compassion for families and seniors, offering support as they explore options in finding the right homecare for their loved one. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships. Successful candidates must have a proven sales track record in the Washington DC and Silver Spring, MD homecare industry. Responsibilities include: * Meet or exceed monthly leads, conversion rates and client billable hours goals * Responsible for finding and developing strong relationships with referral sources to ensure a continuous flow of client referrals * Secure contracts/agreements with referral sources and other organizations * Implement inside and outside marketing initiatives to increase client census * Develop strategic exposure opportunities for Visiting Angels * Perform client intakes and follows sales process from lead through Start of Care * Perform client assessments * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance sales performance. Abilities and Requirements: * Hunter Mentality * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Extensive sales experience in homecare * Go getter and can-do attitude. * Excellent verbal communication & people skills. * Work well under pressure. * Maintain a positive presence in the community. * Balance the need to work independently and as a collaborator. * Exercise good judgment consistent with agency standards. Required Skills: * Proficient with MS Office and company marketing software, CRM, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. * Excellent communication skills - professional, persuasive, articulate, team player. * Agile and adaptive to an evolving business.
