• Grote Automotive is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Sales team as Automotive Sales representatives. This is a full time, sales based position-however-Grote provides ample training along with additional incentives and bonuses

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to:

• Engaging with customers on the sales floor and over the phone as needed to meet the customer's needs.
• Successful completion of appropriate paperwork and documentation for all vehicle sales
• Participating in test drives with customers
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options
• Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles
• All other responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED/ or educational equivalent
• Previous experience in a service, customer facing role such as service industry or food service industry
• Prior automotive sales experience welcomed
• Valid Driver's license
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft products and web-based software
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays The ideal candidate would have a passion for helping others get into a nicer and newer vehicle while drawing on past customer service experience to build a rapport with each customer they engage with. Being able to interact with a diverse customer base while being professional and personable is required to meet the sales goals Grote Automotive places on every Automotive Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
