Job Summary * Lebronze Alloys North America services center is looking for a Sales/Administrative assistant to help support all functions for our newly formed site. These functions include inside sales, purchasing, warehouse support, and administration. Duties & Responsibilities * Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of IT. They must have excellent Customer Service and organizational skills. * Execute inventory adjustments based on continuously changing data and needs. * Work closely with the Shipping Department to guarantee that all processed orders are shipped promptly. * Comfortable using computers (skilled in use of MS Office, ERP, CRM (Salesforce). * Manage Purchase Orders & Receiving process. * Maintain accurate and updated records * Accept and execute other related duties as assigned * Process purchase orders under the guidance of the Buyer * Extensive data entry Skills & Abilities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Detail oriented and highly accurate in a transactional environment * Ability to work on multiple projects at once in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. Education & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent * 5 years' sales and administrative experience * 2-3 years of work experience performing administrative computer functions, preferably within a distributor environment. * Experience working with the CRM and ERP systems. * Experience in metals is a plus Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
