Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities. * Engage in inside sales activities, including making outbound calls and following up on leads. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales tactics. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or retail sales is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Experience in lead generation techniques and inside sales processes. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. * Previous experience in sales management is an advantage but not required. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
