As a Customer Service Representative, you will also be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve wireless requests, and deliver outstanding support across multiple channels. Responsibilities

:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions about wireless services they are eligible for
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, accurately, and empathetically
• Help customers with their sales order from start to finish
• Provide product/service information and assist customers in making informed decisions
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for their account management
• Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues when needed
• Continuously strive to improve customer experience through feedback and proactive support

Qualifications

:

• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality or related fields preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using wireless services
• A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help people
