Daily Duties: * No cold calling: Reach out to motivated entrepreneurs across the country using warm leads. * Build meaningful relationships: work with new business owners and help them see the value in partnering with Inc Authority to launch their business. * Guide entrepreneurs: walk clients through business formation services like LLC registration, EIN setup, and financial compliance--ensuring their startups launch successfully. * Consult: Tailor solutions based on each client's unique needs and goals, while delivering exceptional service. Key Qualifications: * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills that foster trust and confidence with clients. * A strong motivation to succeed, with a proactive and results-driven approach. * Goal oriented: Drive and confidence are half the battle! Experience: * Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, whether over the phone or in person. * Sales Experience: Preferred but not required--a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most! Additional Skills: * Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRMs). * A collaborative team player who thrives in a friendly yet competitive environment.
