Open Position: Sales Manager Responsibilities: Helping Customers achieve their Automotive needs * Consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses. * Setting and exceeding sales goals. * Guide and mentor the sales staff to reach sales goals. * Develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. * Perform professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. * Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business. * Learn to overcome objections within sales situations. * Report directly to the General Manager regarding objectives * Bring a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
