SALES REPRESENTATIVES WANTED to Join our Introstem Team - We are Leaders in the SKINCARE INDUSTRY! (Start on Hourly plus commissions and grow into Commission Only NO CAP! Key Responsibilities: Direct Sales: * Engage with potential customers face-to-face to demonstrate our high-quality skincare products. * Apply products directly to customers' faces (Essential for this role - no exceptions). Proactive Prospecting: * Identify and engage potential customers in high-traffic areas. * Proactively approach passersby to offer product samples and engage in sales conversations. Product Knowledge: * Develop a deep understanding of our skincare line and its benefits. Job Overview: As a Sales Representative, your goal is to engage with customers, introduce them to our high-end skincare products and advanced skincare devices, and drive sales. You'll help customers by offering product samples, demonstrating their benefits, and closing the sale with your knowledge and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and engage with customers in front of the store. * Lead product demos for both skincare products and devices, highlighting key benefits. * Close sales by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. * Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding sales targets.
