We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Professionals and driving business growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales. We are looking for someone with both Management and Sales skills! The ability to motivate is a must!

Responsibilities

: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives - Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets - Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent knowledge of the sales process and techniques - Ability to effectively lead a team and drive results - Proficient in using DealerSocket or similar CRM software - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.
