Exciting announcement. We are under new ownership! Are you looking to be a part of a hardworking and positive team? Jack & Jill is hiring new team members to help give Port Charlotte the best in customer service. We are looking for upbeat members to uphold our values in customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. Some duties include customer service, sales, housekeeping, stocking, and whatever else it takes to keep the team on the path to success. Part-time and full-time positions need to be filled. Potential for revenue increase after a probationary period for

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Greeting customers and assisting in purchasing decisions
• Daily housekeeping - sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc., to ensure a clean environment.
• Using a point of sale system accurately.
• Learning and studying product knowledge to assist customers appropriately
• Helping management process shipments
• Stocking shelves and hooks to keep the store full
• Continuously promoting a positive and professional work environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Cash handling and counting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Coach-ability and listening skills
• Able to lift 40 lb boxes
• Able to stand for at least 6 hours

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual proficiency is encouraged but not a must.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales
