Requirements

:

• Must have proven success as a sales leader in a call center
• Must have experience with a dialer
• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• Must live in or near the Tampa Bay area
• Experience leading a team of 10-15+ sales representatives
• Ability to speak publicly
• Sales driven and competitive

Duties

Responsibilities

:

• Attend and lead meetings and trainings with the team
• Build and manage a team
• Generate leads by communicating with homeowners on the benefits of solar through a dialer
• Maintain a sales pipeline by proactively following-up with current clients and past appointments
• Consistently reach weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs What we are looking for:
• A call center Setter Manager to lead the call center department
• Sales Management experience
• Call center SALES experience
• Great communication skills
• Go-getter mentality
• Sports-minded and competitive
• Bilingual (a plus, but not required) What we provide:

Compensation

package:

• This is a W2 salaried position with uncapped earning potential
• Salary plus commission
• Monthly and Quarterly bonuses
• Sales competitions for incentives, trips, swag, etc! Experience:
• Minimum 2 years solar experience
• Minimum 2 years call center experience
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Experience leading a team Education: High School degree or equivalent Work location: In-person at our Tampa, FL office. Must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Shift:
