Requirements: * Must have proven success as a sales leader in a call center * Must have experience with a dialer * Must have a reliable means of transportation * Must live in or near the Tampa Bay area * Experience leading a team of 10-15+ sales representatives * Ability to speak publicly * Sales driven and competitive Duties/Responsibilities: * Attend and lead meetings and trainings with the team * Build and manage a team * Generate leads by communicating with homeowners on the benefits of solar through a dialer * Maintain a sales pipeline by proactively following-up with current clients and past appointments * Consistently reach weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs What we are looking for: * A call center Setter Manager to lead the call center department * Sales Management experience * Call center SALES experience * Great communication skills * Go-getter mentality * Sports-minded and competitive * Bilingual (a plus, but not required) What we provide: * Hundreds of thousands of WARM leads * Dialers to call leads * Professional sales training * Recruiting efforts to staff the call center * Opportunities for career advancement * A company with unbeatable experience, quality, and reputation like no other in the industry * In-house solar and roof installs Schedule: * 5 day work week * Weekend available (as needed) * Full-time Compensation package: * This is a W2 salaried position with uncapped earning potential * Salary plus commission * Monthly and Quarterly bonuses * Sales competitions for incentives, trips, swag, etc! Experience: * Minimum 2 years solar experience * Minimum 2 years call center experience * Minimum 2 years management experience * Experience leading a team Education: High School degree or equivalent Work location: In-person at our Tampa, FL office. Must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week.
