In this role, you'll be at the forefront of technology, helping customers stay connected and informed about the latest mobile devices, accessories, and wireless plans. Your passion for customer service and ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple way will drive success for both the customer and the company. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, identifying their needs and recommending the right wireless devices, plans, and accessories. * Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest smartphones, wireless plans, and technology trends to provide informed solutions and education to customers. * Sales Execution: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by showcasing the value of our products and services, including promotions and upgrades. * Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, restock inventory, and follow operational procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve store objectives and create a positive work environment. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in the wireless industry is a plus). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude. * Minimum 6 months of experience in retail or customer focused environment. * Ability to learn and explain technical products and services in a clear, accessible manner. * Motivated by targets and a fast-paced environment. * Basic proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
