The Sales Agent will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, generating new business opportunities, and closing sales. Qualifications * Communication and Customer Service skills * Sales and Insurance experience * Training skills to learn and apply our ethical and moral customer-centric sales process * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred * Insurance license is a plus * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required for the right candidate with a sales background and willingness to learn.
