What You 'll Do *Drive Sales Strategy & Performance - *Develop and execute a sales plan that optimizes team performance and maximizes revenue. *Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team - *Mentor, train, and support your team to achieve both individual and company goals. * Strengthen Customer Relationships - *Build trust with clients by ensuring exceptional service and successful project execution. *Oversee Sales Operations - *Manage pipelines, analyze performance data, and implement improvements.
