Salary: $225000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Learn the Business: Gain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, sales strategies, and agency operations. Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads and drive business growth. Customer Relationships: Help clients protect their assets, plan for the future, and navigate insurance options. Business Development: Work closely with District 54 leadership to craft a growth strategy for your future agency. Leadership & Training: Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and networking opportunities.

Licensed or Willing to Obtain Licensing Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (training and assistance provided).
