General Sales Manager Qualifications * Sales-driven person - A dedicated individual with a proven track record of achieving or overachieving sales goals. * Bilingual - English and Spanish * Open schedule - willing to work long hours. * Driver s License - valid with a clean record. * Able to pass a drug test and background check. Experience - 3+ years of Supervisory / Management experience. Please apply if you have worked as a Retail Supervisor, Sales Manager, or Auto Sales Manager, car dealership, auto sales. General Sales Manager Responsibilities * Interview, hire, train, and direct the work of sales associates for appropriate headcount needs. * Establish goals and monitor the performance of all sales consultants. * Implement Store's monthly sales plan consistent with territory goals and objectives and sales forecasts. * Work closely with Territory Manager to create and deliver store's specific marketing initiatives. * Achieve monthly sales targets by managing, coaching, and training the sales team to achieve optimum performance for the store.
