Sales Representative - Digital Marketing Agency (Remote, US-based) Job Type: Full-time | Commission-Based Location: Remote (US applicants only)

What You'll Do

- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, social media, email campaigns, and event participation. - Represent the agency at industry conferences, meetups, and exhibitions, building connections and presenting services. - Engage with business owners, marketers, and decision-makers to uncover pain points and offer tailored marketing solutions. - Drive new business for SEO, PPC, web development, and full-service marketing packages. - Collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals and solutions for client needs. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our services effectively in the market. What We're Looking For

• Experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or selling digital services (1+ year preferred).
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills -- you're confident approaching new contacts online and in person.
• Ability to present marketing services clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, web solutions, or performance-based marketing.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently. Commission based compensation. Get paid a high percentage from client signups. 20% for the first 3 months after client onboarding, after 3 months 5%, after a year 1%.
