POSITION: HVAC Sales Position SALARY: 75,000 - $200,000+ LOCATION: Carlsbad, CA. 92010 REPORTS TO: Sales Manager SCHEDULE: Full-time (Monday - Friday + Occasional Saturday's) John Stevenson Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. is an established plumbing, heating, and air service, repair & installation company that services both commercial and residential properties in north San Diego County. Job Description*: For the HVAC sales position building positive relationships with customers, closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in the company is crucial to the success of the business. An HVAC salesperson is responsible for closing new accounts while understanding the customers wants and needs. An HVAC salesperson provides estimates to new and existing leads; can identify new sales opportunities; has a general working knowledge of the industry; and is a closer.
