What You 'll Be Doing: This is not a high-pressure sales role. Your job is simple and impactful: Set quality appointments with homeowners interested in saving money through solar. You'll be out in the field, meeting people face-to-face, building trust, and helping them take the first step toward cleaner, cheaper energy. What We 're Looking For:

• Natural connectors who love meeting new people
• Sales experience (especially in solar)? Even better!

• Strong communication & persuasion skills--without being pushy
• Independent & self-motivated--managing your own calendar and schedule
