Solar Optimum has been named Panasonic's National Installer of the Year for the FOURTH YEAR in a row! Solar Optimum is an award-winning leader in commercial and residential solar energy storage and system installations. We are seeking a Solar Sales Coordinator / Appointment Setter to join our team of sales professionals. Candidates must be responsible and productive individuals with high quality work ethic and a calm and friendly personality to flow with our company's dynamics. This would be a great opportunity for experienced Solar Sales Coordinators / Appointment Setters who are motivated to join a well-known & successful organization. Individuals applying should be highly competitive and self-driven. Job Responsibilities: Annual earning potential with the commissions is $60,000-$80,000 * Submit quotes to assigned leads in a timely manner * Send a sequence of follow up messages * Respond and answer questions from leads via the Energy Sage platform * Update quotes upon request * Assign appointments to available energy consultants for leads that request a phone consultation * Book appointments using the sales calendar * Send appointment confirmation via email and request any necessary documents needed such as utility bills * Convert leads to accounts via Salesforce * Request designs for secured appointments * Assist Energy Consultant's in follow ups for assigned customers Qualifications: * Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated commitment to excellence * Highly organized individual * Creative problem solver * Effective Time Management/Prioritization * Active listener * Quick learner * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Positive attitude and ability to build and cultivate relationships * Strong interest in the solar industry * Sales or customer service experience * Salesforce experience required Solar Optimum offers a competitive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.
