Job Details: We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant/Sales Development Representative to call and qualify contacts that have expressed an interest in our design and construction products or services. The ideal Sales Assistant/Sales Development Representative will be able to have engaging conversations via phone and email to qualify leads and schedule appointments with Project Coordinators. They will also record their results in our CRM and create reports to help us operate more efficiently as an organization. Tasks: * Utilize CRM software to identify leads and make log all activity * Complete onboarding program, product knowledge training and software certification * Complete 60-100 outbound calls per day to prospective leads * Answer inbound calls and distribute live calls or take messages * Send emails to leads and Project Coordinators to present information and coordinate follow-up * Educate prospective clients on our products and services * Work with Sales Manager and marketing teams to share results, create reports and provide feedback * Advise and support Project Coordinators as needed Requirements: * 2+ years' experience in a sales or customer service role with appointment setting experience * Experience using CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot or similar * Experience with Microsoft Office software * Understanding of residential construction not necessary, but a plus * Advanced organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage a pipeline of existing clients and follow up regularly with a large contact database Benefits: * Medical, Dental and Vision with low premiums for you and eligible dependents * SIMPLE IRA Plan - Company match up to 3% * Health FSA and Dependent Care FSA * Supplemental benefits (Life, Accident, Short-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Cancer Indemnity) * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off Our successful Sales Assistants/Sales Development Representatives come from diverse backgrounds like real estate, design, construction, and more.
