If there is a program that the Home Owner may benefit from - then we do a Live Transfer to the appropriate Mortgage Specialist for processing. No Closing required by our agents - Live Transfers. We will provide the equipment (In Office Positions Only) -- we will provide the training -- we will provide the ongoing Team Lead Support staff. OUTBOUND CALL CENTER AGENTS Agents will be pre-screening Home Owners for various programs associated with their home mortgage. If they Qualify - transfer data and Home Owner live to our client for processing.
