Position Overview Premier Marine is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and maintaining a steady pipeline of sales opportunities both remotely and in-person. Key Responsibilities * Actively prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories * Conduct client visits, marina walk-throughs, and property meetings to promote Premier Marine's services * Manage inbound inquiries, develop proposals, and coordinate with operations for service execution * Maintain a strong presence in the field and represent the Premier Marine brand with professionalism * Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships * Identify market trends and opportunities for new services or expanded partnerships * Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics * Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly on sales activity and forecasts Qualifications * 5+ years of proven sales experience (marine industry experience preferred but not required) * Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills * Comfortable with both inside sales (phone/email) and outside fieldwork (site visits, networking) * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits * Competitive Base Salary + Commission structure * Full Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance * Company Vehicle Provided for Business Use * Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay * Opportunities for advancement within a growing company To Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant sales experience to [please apply online] Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $93,163.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melbourne, FL 32935
