Overview

Premier Marine is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and maintaining a steady pipeline of sales opportunities both remotely and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Conduct client visits, marina walk-throughs, and property meetings to promote Premier Marine's services
• Manage inbound inquiries, develop proposals, and coordinate with operations for service execution
• Maintain a strong presence in the field and represent the Premier Marine brand with professionalism
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Identify market trends and opportunities for new services or expanded partnerships
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly on sales activity and forecasts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience (marine industry experience preferred but not required)
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with both inside sales (phone/email) and outside fieldwork (site visits, networking)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
