Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate for our Personal Lines team to serve the Brunswick County, NC area. Our Sales Associate retains current clients and develops future Personal Lines Insurance clients by:

• Working with prospective clients to assess their Personal Insurance needs
• Developing accounts and cross selling products and services
• Working with carriers to ensure that prospective clients receive favorable quotes
• Collaborate with account managers and the marketing team to complete proposals and selection of potential markets
• Developing and delivering formal proposals of insurance program
• Growing and maintaining relationships in and around Brunswick County

Requirements

: To be a good fit for the this role, you will need:

• Valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
• Five years of experience Personal Insurance sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team - including account managers, carriers and claims adjusters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills
