• Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold-calling here)
• Help clients find the best coverage to protect what matters most
• Get coached by top-performing agents to build your sales game What We Offer:
• Base Pay: $42,000
• Commissions/Bonuses: $1,000-$5,000/month (yep, seriously)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM EST
• PTO: Start with 8 days and grow from there
