You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. * Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. * Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. * Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
