We are part of a growing automotive dealership group located in south Florida. We are looking for motivated and results driven individuals pursuing a career in automotive sales. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of the dealership by maximizing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. They are responsible for the overall performance of both new and used car sales, providing effective leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring the team operates with strong business practices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily dealership operations to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance. Lead, train, and mentor the sales team, cultivating a high-performance sales culture. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with dealership goals and drive results. Manage inventory levels, collaborating with suppliers for efficient stock replenishment. Conduct regular sales meetings to evaluate performance, set goals, and motivate the team. Leverage CRM software to monitor sales activities and maintain customer relationships. Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure customers are satisfied throughout the purchasing process. Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive dealership management and retail sales. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Expertise in customer service and outbound sales techniques. Ability to effectively manage the sales pipeline and negotiate deals. Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
