Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to educate clients on various programs and services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering client relationships within our organization. Duties * Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness needs and goals. * Book clients with complimentary class. * Sell Pilates memberships. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and fitness trends to provide accurate information to clients. * Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that highlight our offerings. * Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly. Skills * Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy as it relates to fitness. * Experience in sports coaching or personal training is highly desirable. * Familiarity with various exercise modalities such as yoga, kickboxing, CrossFit, and dance. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed in their fitness journeys.
