Insurance Sales Position

Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Bloomington, Mn. is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Kevin Bohlig- State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, life & health insurance. In addition, as an apprentice of sorts, have the opportunity to be considered for your very own agency with State Farm. Insurance Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, & market appropriate products and services
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims and more.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills- written, verbal & listening
• Property/Casualty, Life/Health license(must be able to obtain) & pass background check
