Falls Church, VA | Full-Time Nonagon Productions is on a mission to scale, fast. We're a video production company that creates high-impact commercial video. Now, we're looking for a fierce, growth-minded Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the charge. This is not your average sales role. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to help build and scale a business, earn well into six figures, and leave their mark on a creative company that's already working with high-level clients across industries. What You'll Do: * Close high-ticket commercial video projects -- with 20% commission of gross revenue of every deal you land. Average deal value is $10k. * Lead and manage a small internal team (3-person squad), setting and hitting quarterly sales goals * Own our sales pipeline, from outreach and lead generation to proposals and closing * Design and refine internal systems to optimize how we generate, nurture, and convert leads * Oversee budget allocation across marketing, sales, and operational initiatives * Collaborate closely with the CEO to scale revenue aggressively * Track KPIs, improve workflows, and make data-driven decisions to hit and exceed growth targets You Are: * Relentless -- you don't stop until the deal is closed * Strategic -- you can build systems, not just follow them * Driven -- you're hungry to make six figures and willing to earn it * Organized -- you can manage a team and a pipeline without missing a beat * Experienced in B2B sales or business development, ideally with service-based or creative companies * A natural leader who thrives under pressure and holds people accountable (including yourself) Compensation & Perks: * $45,000 base salary * 20% commission on gross deal value (ex: $1,500-$2,000 per $7.5k-$10k deal) * Annual performance-based bonus * Path to $100k+ earnings within your first year -- the more you close, the more you make * Real leadership role with autonomy and impact * Office based in Falls Church, VA -- work in person with a tight-knit team This is a role for someone ready to build something big and reap the rewards.
