Americas Home Place, Inc. is a national scattered lot custom home builder that is currently seeking to fill the exciting position of Sales Manager. A successful candidates must possess a strong work ethic, extraordinary people skills and maintain a high level of organization with strong attention to detail. Daily Responsibilities of Inside Sales Manager includes: * Meet and greet customers as they enter our design center and familiarize them with the AHP building process. * Answer phones, manage lead databases, manage/organize sales contract files. * Call warm leads to set sales/design appointments. * Cultivate our lead base for the purposes of converting prospects into sales. * Close prospects on the opportunity to build a new home. * Assist as needed to maintain a smooth transition through point of sale, lending and financing, colors and selections, construction start and beyond. We are building "Customers for Life"! * Maintain and update the design center for the latest product and color selections. * Closings, work directly with lenders to expedite the loan process. Assisting in the process of obtaining all necessary documentation to expedite the closings. * Organize, setup and host monthly marketing events or open houses * Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
