Duties * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments. * Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales activities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote new products and services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary. Qualifications * Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes. * A proactive attitude with a passion for technology sales is preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
