About Us: Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Co is a leading provider of specialty coffee & Tea in Colorado. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs. We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales / Social Media Manager to join our team and drive sales growth. Job Summary : As the Inside Sales / Social Media Marketing Manager, you will manage and maintain and grow current wholesale customers and create a social media strategy focused on growing internet sales and general company wide brand awareness. Responsibilities will include managing new and current wholesale customers, order taking and invoicing, and managing social media marketing and content creation. Key Responsibilities: * Contacting current customers for weekly orders, invoicing and creating a strong bond with our production team. * Build and maintain relationships with all customers and new prospects. * Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.. * Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, to grow brand awareness and audience engagement. * Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns on Meta to drive traffic and conversions. Qualifications & Skills: * B.S. in Business, Marketing, or related field. * Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. * Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. * Experience in paid social media advertising. * Strong time management and ability to work independently. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficient all social media platforms, QuickBooks and MAC OS, Sonoma. Adobe Illustrator / photoshop * Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
