Overview We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative with some Logistics Support skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assist sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with clients. Logistical Support will be ensuring continental as well as Interntional requirement are monitored. Duties * Order intake/processing * Enter/revise/update sales orders, RMAs, opportunities, and other misc. items Order confirmation * Update AX database for all sales-related items, including, but not limited to: - Customer/prospect/contact information - Shipping accounts * Setting up shipments CONUS and International * Sends out the occasional quotes to customers * Supports the external sales team * Light temporary reception duties. (reception is being automated shortly.) * Excellent Software Skills, Microsoft 365, Teams, AX ERP or similar * Ability to multi-task * Willing to grow in position or, looking to expand their current Admin Sales role into potential management Skills * High school diploma or GED * Minimum three years in an administrative support role or equivalent training * Aptitude for learning computer software programs (such as MS Word, MS Excel and the company's ERP system) and ability to exceed baseline skill level * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficient keyboarding skills * Capable of prioritizing with flexibility * Sensitivity regarding confidential matters * Must be able to receive instruction and to perform duties independently * Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative where your contributions will directly impact our growth and success!
