Job Summary

: As the Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the sales department-- from staffing and training to customer engagement and strategic planning. You will play a key role in achieving sales goals, driving team success, and ensuring customers drive off with confidence and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
• Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure high performance and professionalism.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Manage inventory and collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless customer journey.
• Ensure every customer receives top-tier service from initial contact to final delivery.
• Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor and engage directly with customers when needed.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and local outreach campaigns.
• Enforce compliance with dealership policies and all legal and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
• High level of professionalism, energy, and drive.
