Sales Engineer Code: SA-LTD-Q425 Location: Warwick In this dynamic role, you'll bridge technical excellence and customer engagement -- working closely with our engineering and marketing teams to bring dSPACE 's latest innovations to market. You'll help our customers in the automotive and high-tech industries achieve their goals through cutting- edge simulation and testing solutions. We offer: * A permanent position in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment * Attractive salary package (dependent on experience) plus bonus opportunities * Extensive training and professional development programmes * 30 days holiday per year plus bank holidays * A culture that values initiative, integrity, and teamwork -- where your ideas make a difference Your Responsibilities * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow dSPACE's presence within your Midlands territory * Identify and qualify new leads , converting them into long-term business relationships * Collaborate with engineering teams to create tailored technical proposals and quotations that meet customer needs * Conduct market intelligence activities to understand customer applications, trends, and emerging challenges * Build rapport and act as a trusted advisor , leveraging insights to open new opportunities * Provide regular sales forecasts and business impact reports * Recommend and lead market engagement and prospecting activities to further strengthen dSPACE's position Your Qualifications * A business-related degree with a passion for technology , or an engineering degree with business/sales experience * Proven track record in technical sales or business development , ideally within the automotive or high-tech sectors * Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills, with confidence in making decisions and driving progress * A proactive, inquisitive personality who thrives in a collaborative team environment * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Midlands-based with flexibility for occasional national travel Working at dSPACE means taking on challenging and varied tasks in a promising and exciting industry.
