Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. This is a key role in our organization, as you will serve as the main point of contact for incoming patients and our current patient, helping them achieve their goals and maximize their experience with our products and services. Duties: - Conduct "Discovery Calls" via phone calls script that we will provide and offer prior and ongoing training - Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and objectives - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer scheduling & technical questions. - Provide proactive support and guidance to customers, ensuring they are getting the most value from our services - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns - Properly place patients within specific email sequences on our software - Keeping the clinic clean involving: vacuuming, wiping down treatment tables, and keeping front of the clinic clean.
