Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pest control, wildlife trapping, sales, inspections, and customer service skills. This role involves inspecting properties for wildlife and pest related issues. sales experience is a must . The Technician will work closely with other team members to deliver high- quality service and support to our clients. Advancement opportunities in the future, we like to promote within. Responsibilities * inspections for residential and commercial buildings for pest and wildlife * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability. * strong customer service * trapping wildlife * sales * removal of wildlife including, snakes, dead animals, live rodents as well * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards. Experience * Proven experience in a technician role or similar position is preferred. * ability to maintain own schedule * C-2 license * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Prior experience in customer service is a plus, showcasing the ability to interact positively with clients.
