Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed * Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close * Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale * Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward * Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Qualifications: * Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred * 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired * Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments * Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed * Must have a Real Estate License About Company Giving Tree Realty was recently honored to receive the coveted " Best Place to Work" award two years running!
