What You 'll Do: Lead, Coach, and Inspire * Real Estate & Sales Expertise: Bring a depth of knowledge and experience to the table. Transfer wisdom, insight, and winning strategies to help agents elevate their communication, close more deals, and grow as professionals. * Be a People Leader : Motivate and develop your team into confident, capable, and high-performing individuals. * Inspire Conversations : Encourage agents to consistently connect with clients through phone, text, and face-to-face interactions. * Hold People Accountable : Set high expectations, have tough (but caring) conversations, and create a culture where growth is expected. Field Coaching & Accountability * Shadow & Coach: Observe agents in the field and provide immediate, impactful feedback. * Run Accountability Groups : Facilitate structured group check-ins focused on goal-setting, follow-through, and results. * 1:1 CRM Pipeline Reviews : Weekly reviews of rep pipelines and communication effectiveness--ensuring the right actions are being taken to drive conversions. * Daily CRM audit: Verify all lead opportunities were communicated with and worked properly. * Process Documentation : Ensure all sales processes are clearly defined, documented, and consistently followed. Innovate, Implement, and Drive Excellence * Tech-Savvy Leadership : Use AI and cutting-edge tools to enhance training, improve productivity, and optimize sales processes. * World-Class Training : Build and roll out elite-level sales training programs that continuously sharpen agent skills. * Solutions-First Mindset : Focus on solving problems, removing barriers, and finding ways to make things happen--no excuses.
