Now Hiring: Commission-Only Sales & Business Development Pro - Security Guard Services Are you a seasoned sales closer in the security guard services or related industries? Do you have a proven track record of high-volume sales , especially in patrol-based and multi-property accounts? If so, we want to talk to you. We're seeking a commission-only Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint in the private security market. This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential --perfect for an independent, motivated sales expert who knows how to bring in business. What We 're Looking For:

• Experience selling contract security guard services (must-have)
• Strong network and knowledge of local/regional markets
• Track record of closing multi-property, patrol-based accounts
• Ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
• Professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance.
• Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts.
