Responsibilities: * Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs * Prospect and contact potential customers * Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments * Gain a working knowledge of the product line * Attend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group * The professional completion of all sales related paperwork * Following the Ed Morse "Steps to the Sale" to ensure complete customer satisfaction Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required * Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed * Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency * Professional appearance and demeanor * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills * Valid Driver's license Why Ed Morse?
