Overview

: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You'll drive revenue while creating a positive customer experience that builds loyalty and trust.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and receive inbound inquiries
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and call quotas
• Handle customer objections with professionalism and persistence
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or call center environment preferred
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems experience is a plus)
