• Position:
• Health Insurance Sales Agent - Commission Only Location: Pompano Beach, FL (on-site; exact location provided upon application) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Additional Hours: Saturday & Sunday shifts required during Open Enrollment (6-8 hours per day) About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing leader in the healthcare insurance sector, providing flexible, multi-plan solutions to individuals and families. Key Responsibilities

• Sell multi-plan health insurance products to a warm, inbound lead base.
• Handle live inbound transfers and exclusive data leads.
• Consistently achieve or exceed weekly sales targets.
• Maintain a professional, focused, and high-performance approach at all times.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with scripts and computer systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong punctuality, dependability, and a results-driven mindset.
• High level of motivation for performance-based rewards.
• Availability to work weekends during Open Enrollment periods.

• 100% Commission-Based Pay Structure:
• 35% commission on ACA and core health plans.
• 55% commission on accidental death and continue-care products.
• Performance Bonuses:
• After achieving 10+ ACA plans per week: ACA commission increases to 45%.
• Accidental death and continue-care commission increases to 65%.
