We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Sales Representative who already has an established book of business and a strong understanding of the laboratory services industry. Responsibilities

:

• Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships with healthcare providers, medical offices, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
• Promote and sell a wide range of laboratory testing services (e.g., clinical diagnostics, blood work, toxicology, PCR, wellness panels, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within your network and beyond.
• Educate clients on our lab's capabilities, turnaround times, quality assurance processes, and unique service advantages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new clients.
• Stay current with industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor activity to position our services effectively.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in medical sales with a focus on laboratory services.
• Must have an existing book of business and strong industry relationships.
• Deep understanding of the medical laboratory industry, including workflow, testing modalities, compliance standards, and reimbursement processes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage a dynamic portfolio of clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
