Responsibilities The Internet Sales Manager's primary responsibility is managing the sales and inventory of vehicles, utilizing various websites and e-tools. You will work with all departments in managing the accuracy of the dealership inventory. * Oversee and manage all internet leads, ensuring timely responses and high levels of customer engagement. * Supervise and support internet sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve sales targets. * Develop strategies to maximize lead conversion rates and drive internet sales performance. * Provide training and support to the internet sales staff and assist in closing deals * Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business. * Stay updated on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to support the team and enhance the customer experience. * Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day. * Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately. Qualifications * Required: At least 2 years of experience as an Internet Sales Director or Manager in the automotive industry. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred * Familiarity with CRM software * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record * You must have a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License Compensation * The estimated annual earnings for this position are $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc. * Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance. Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
