Are you passionate about real estate and looking for a flexible opportunity to get your foot in the door? An agent at The Rental Girl is seeking a part-time Showing Assistant to support with property showings and light administrative tasks across vibrant Eastside neighborhoods -- including Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Downtown LA, Northeast LA, and East LA. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the real estate business, with room for growth. Position Details:

• Type: Part-time (with potential for more)
• Schedule: 2 to 5 days per week; must be available Saturdays (Exact weekdays and hours are flexible and may vary week to week)
• Pay: Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly via Venmo
• Expected Hours: 12-25 hours per week roughly
• Start Date: Immediate need for May & June, with potential extension Primary

Responsibilities

:

• Open homes and meet prospective tenants at scheduled showing times
• Let tenants into units, walk them through the property, and answer questions
• Send applications to interested renters after showings
• Provide a daily summary report of how showings went Additional

• Answer tenant phone calls, texts, and emails; book showing appointments
• Run property errands, such as dropping off/picking up lockboxes and keys
• Maintain clear, friendly communication with prospective renters
• Navigate logistics independently and efficiently

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle for commuting between properties
• Working smartphone for communication and scheduling
• Strong interpersonal skills: personable, professional, and organized
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A general interest in real estate is a plus (but a license is not required!)
• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is great! Perks:
